Blackened Cajun Salmon Is hands down my favorite FreshFit meal! I was skeptical about reheating seafood, but boy was I wrong. The salmon is so fresh and flavorful, the veggies are cooked just right, and then add in dairy-free mashed potatoes that actually taste amazing? This meal is a home run and will always be in my shopping cart!
